Little Nut Cottage boasts a beautifully landscaped garden, designed with the perfect balance of comfort and nature. The outdoor space includes a hot tub, BBQ, dining area, and lounge seating all set against the backdrop of the stunning Lake District National Park. Steps at the back of the cottage lead up to the terraced garden which is planted with laurel, lilac, tulips and hellebore creating a peaceful retreat. The hot tub is ideal for relaxing and taking in the majestic views. The garden is a serene spot all year-round, perfect for enjoying the surrounding landscape. The dramatic mountains nearby were once the site of gunpowder mines and slate quarries dating back to the Napoleonic Wars.The front of the cottage was transformed with the addition of a stone set driveway, while at the rear, a wrought iron fenced terraced garden was established on the hillside.
