The outbuilding acts as a practical and charming space to remove muddy boots, hang up wet jackets, and dry off before entering the cottage. This dedicated area also includes a large American-style washing machine and dryer, as well as a deep Belfast sink. Housed in an annexe separated from the main building by a path, is thoughtfully designed with country-style kitchen cupboards, padded banquette seating and guest-favourite boot warmers. The room is painted in a soft gray-blue, adding to its tranquil, well-organised feel. In keeping with our commitment to the environment, the roof has been insulated and relaid using the original slates, and double-glazed wooden windows were installed. The heating system was upgraded from LPG to an eco-friendly air-source heat pump. Additional amenities include central heating, an electric range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Smart TVs with Freeview, and WiFi. Fuel and power are included in the rent. Off-road parking is available for two cars, and secure bike storage is provided. The cottage is smoke-free, and the shop is just 0.6 miles away, with the pub only 0.2 miles from your door.
